Bernhard Kressin

Systemic business consultant and founder of Kressin.Consulting. Following a graduate degree in psychology and a bank manager training, he worked in the personnel management department of Deutsche Bank AG and as chief representative for the board of directors of a Sparkasse subsidiary, supporting and leading organizational change processes of various scopes. With the establishment of Kressin.Consulting, Bernhard Kressin realized his long-held dream of leveraging a unique combination of systemic perspective and long-standing business experience to support clients and help them position their organizations successfully. 

Stefanie Neubeck

Stefanie Neubeck

Organizational consultant, management coach and management trainer with 15 years of experience. Her work focuses on monitoring complex change projects, particularly as a moderator of large group events that serve as sustainably effective impulses for major change processes. Prior to her consultancy work, she directed artistic theater projects. Her theater experience still informs her event concepts. International clients value her unorthodox interventions and energizing approach.

Ilka von Kitzing

Ilka von Kitzing

Project manager, systemic business consultant and mediator. For more than a decade, Ilka von Kitzing worked for an international financial services provider. As expert leader of risk management projects and project leader for various software implementations, she increasingly strengthened her focus on people in change processes. Her most recent projects included a multidimensional restructuring process that she supported as dedicated change manager.

Pia Struck

Pia Struck

Entrepreneur, business consultant and school founder. Pia Struck has been coaching top managers and consulting major corporations and large organizations through change projects for 17 years. For several years, she worked as an executive corporate development consultant for a multinational corporation, consulting the management board on corporate strategy, M&A strategies, and change management. Prior to joining Kressin.Consulting, she was senior manager in charge of post-merger integration strategy and execution. She is also the author of Game Change: Das Ende der Hierarchie?, published by Gabal in late August 2016.
